This notice explains how Amitalux LLC handles information submitted through amitalux.ai, including contact messages, registrations of interest in Amitalux Intelligence™, and website chat conversations.
Information you provide
When you contact Amitalux, register your interest in private-pilot testing, or choose to start a website chat, we may collect your name, work email, company name, job title or role, company size, industry, referral source, the information you choose to include in your message or conversation, and your consent choices.
Please do not submit customer lists, account credentials, financial records, payment information, government identifiers, approval codes, or other sensitive personal or business data through these forms or the website chat.
How we use this information
- Review and respond to your question or private pilot application.
- Evaluate whether your business may be a fit for current testing.
- Maintain a history of the request and related follow-up.
- Create or update an appropriate lead or prospect record and connect the submitted information to the relevant company and contact.
- Attach a consented website chat to the same relationship history.
- Notify authorized Amitalux administrators that a new inquiry needs attention.
- Improve our products and understand the needs of prospective users.
- Send product news only when you separately choose to receive it.
Registering interest does not create a customer account or guarantee selection or access. A submission may be held for human review when an existing record cannot be matched with confidence.
Website chat
The website chat clearly identifies when you are interacting with Amitalux Intelligence™ AI. Before the first message is accepted, you are asked to provide your identity and consent to storage of your details and conversation so Amitalux can review and respond.
Chat messages may be processed by service providers that help Amitalux generate a response and operate the conversation. A person may review the conversation, and you can request a human handoff. Automated assistance does not replace human control over important customer communication or business decisions.
Service providers and storage
Website forms are processed through our website hosting and form service providers. Form submissions and consented chat conversations may be stored in Amitalux Intelligence™ to review requests, prevent duplicate records, preserve source and consent history, and manage follow-up. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Website analytics
Amitalux uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interaction data. Form details, chat content, and the private credentials used to protect a chat session are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. You can limit analytics through your browser settings or privacy tools.
Retention and your choices
We retain form information for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, communicate with you, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate legal or security reasons.
If you opted into product news, you may withdraw that permission at any time. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent us from responding to a private pilot application you asked us to review.
