About Amitalux

Amitalux was founded by Patricia Sandhu, whose professional experience spans finance, operations, and customer success. After seeing how fragmented systems make it harder for people and businesses to act with clarity, she began building products that connect context, simplify complex work, and keep people in control.

Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San José State University. She is completing an MBA in Business and Technology and expects to graduate in May 2027.

The idea for Amitalux Intelligence™ began with a frustrating customer-support experience. A decision-tree chatbot did not understand what I needed. When I eventually reached a representative, I was transferred between people and had to explain the issue repeatedly.

A later conversation with my husband, who has worked in customer support for more than ten years, helped me understand the limitations representatives face when customer information is divided across systems or difficult to access. Combined with my own experience using CRM systems, it led me to imagine a better approach: a CRM designed around the complete customer relationship.

Small and medium-sized businesses often depend on every customer relationship but can be priced out of the systems they need or forced into complex products that require technical specialists to configure. Amitalux Intelligence™ is being designed to provide meaningful visibility without requiring a developer to make the system useful.

Companies are increasingly using AI to streamline operations, but efficiency alone does not guarantee a better customer experience. Customers can feel the cost when automation removes context, limits conversations to rigid decision paths, or forces them to repeat an issue each time it changes hands.

Amitalux is being built around a different priority: streamline work while preserving the customer relationship. Customers should know that they matter. AI should help employees understand what the customer needs, recognize when more context is required, and make a transition to a live representative feel continuous rather than disconnected.

Brilliant ideas should not be limited by technical knowledge. Learning the skills required to build software can be difficult, time-consuming, or financially out of reach. Amitalux AI is being developed so people can explain what they want to create in natural language and receive understandable help moving from an idea toward a product. The software-building capability remains in development.

You should not need to become a prompt expert.

Communicating with AI can be frustrating when a person does not know how to phrase the “right” prompt. Amitalux AI is being designed to understand intent, ask thoughtful questions when information is missing, and respond in the language, tone, level of detail, and format that works best for the person using it.

As a parent, I do not want my teenager to have unlimited access to AI conversations. At the same time, I recognize that AI is becoming part of how young people learn, communicate, and prepare for their future.

Amitalux AI for Schools is a future product being developed with the concerns of parents, educators, schools, and homeschooling families in mind. Questions about age-appropriate access, privacy, content, boundaries, adult oversight, and responsible use are intended to inform its development from the beginning.

The goal is to explore an educational AI experience that supports learning without replacing independent thought or simply giving students unrestricted access to an adult AI product. These capabilities are not currently available, and the product is not ready for student use or testing.

• Start with a meaningful problem, not technology for its own sake.
• Make complex work easier to understand and use.
• Design AI with visible context, boundaries, and human review.
• Protect personal and business information through deliberate access and control.
• Be honest about what is available today and what is still in development.

Amitalux is creating products for different parts of life and work, but they begin with the same question: how can technology make this experience better for the person using it?

These products are at different stages of development, but they share the same commitment to purposeful technology, human understanding, thoughtful boundaries, and honest communication about what is available today.

Technology should do more than streamline a process. It should make the experience better for the people involved.
