For signed-in users, Personal Memory begins disabled and empty. People deliberately add, inspect, remove, disable, or erase memory items. Conversations do not silently populate memory or retrain the model.

For signed-in paid business accounts in the local product, administrators can provide an organization overview, policies, mandatory guardrails, escalation rules, approved knowledge, and role-specific directions.
